When I was young and foolish, I was fortunate enough to attend John Herron School of Art in Indianapolis, Indiana. I was a failure, but that doesn't mean I didn't learn some things.

I tend to approach a piece with a need for function. I then use the materials at hand to craft something useful in an interesting or appealing shape.
